Our stainless steel pieces, are water resistant, hypoallergenic and tarnish proof for a longer time. But we do recommend caring for them keeping in mind the last two factors in the points mentioned above to add more to its life.

Once shipped, your order will be assigned a unique tracking number. You’ll receive updates via WhatsApp, email, or SMS, so you can easily track your package.

We provide a warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase on the plating of stainless steel products. 

The warranty does not cover loss, damage or the gradual degradation of jewellery pieces due to improper use, careless handling or use of jewellery pieces outside care instructions. 

The damage or loss of Zirconia stones are not covered under this warranty. 

The warranty does not cover any scratches on the jewellery pieces. 

Unboxing video is a must for claiming missing items.

Categories like necklaces, bracelets and earrings are non-returnable/ non-exchangeable items. Rings are eligible for exchange due to size issue. However, it is advisable to confirm size before placing an order. For exchanges, a fee of ₹100 will be charged.

In case of an exchange, the replacement product is dispatched within 2 working days (subject to availability) once the return is received. Please note returns can take upto 2 weeks.
